Terms and Conditions – zk888 Gaming Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the zk888 online gaming platform, accessible at zk888.win. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a zk888 account you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zk888 does not permit participation by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the zk888 platform or under any active exclusion arrangement you have requested.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

zk888 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on the zk888 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, phone numbers or personal details — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your account you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. zk888 may require documentary verification of the details provided at registration.

Account Security

Your login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact zk888 support immediately and change your password.

Account Currency

All z k888 accounts operate in PKR. Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are all calculated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

4 Deposits

zk888 supports deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and standard debit or credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available as displayed on the deposit page within your account at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but most local transfers via JazzCash and Easypaisa are reflected in your account within a few minutes under normal conditions.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• zk888 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be subject to verification before withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy is in place to maintain consistency and prevent misuse of the withdrawal system.

Standard withdrawal processing times at zk888 are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request submission on business days.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• VIP Gold, Platinum and Elite members receive priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times as part of their tier benefits.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. zk888 may request a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal Conditions

A deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This is a baseline requirement to prevent deposit-and-immediate-withdrawal activity. If a bonus has been claimed, the specific bonus wagering requirement must also be met before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zk888 offers promotional bonuses across its game categories including deposit match bonuses, free spins packages, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to Cricket fixtures, PSL matches and other major sporting events. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus balances that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from your account.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse.
• Some games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot Games typically contribute 100%; table games and Live Casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account under any circumstances.
• zk888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and begun wagering will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to the offer terms.

7 VIP Programme

The zk888 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagering across all game sections of the platform within a rolling period.

Each VIP tier carries specific benefits including a weekly cashback percentage applied to net losses, priority withdrawal processing and access to exclusive promotions. The cashback rate and other tier-specific benefits are published on the VIP page and are subject to change with reasonable notice to members.

• VIP cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to your account balance on a fixed schedule each week.
• Cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Tier status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not maintain the minimum activity level for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier on the next review date.
• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the zk888 platform — including Casino table games, Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo — operate according to the rules of each individual game as documented within the game interface. In cases of dispute regarding a game outcome, the platform's transaction records will be treated as the definitive source of truth.

Game Outcomes and RNG

Slot Games and electronic Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are independently determined and not influenced by previous results, account history or wagering amounts. Live Casino games operate with human dealers and physical equipment; outcomes are determined by the physical game rather than software.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction or connectivity disruption during a game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to your account balance. zk888 reserves the right to void bets and game rounds affected by identifiable technical errors. This applies to all game types across the platform.

• Bets placed during a confirmed system outage may be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.
• If a Live Casino game is interrupted mid-round and cannot be resumed, the bet will be returned.
• Bingo ticket purchases for a session that is cancelled due to a technical fault will be refunded to account balance.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your zk888 account login credentials. zk888 will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from zk888 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

To keep your account secure, zk888 recommends the following practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Do not log in on shared or public devices. If you do, ensure you log out completely before leaving the device.

zk888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the access was facilitated by you sharing your credentials, failing to log out on a shared device or failing to report suspicious activity in a timely manner.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Suspension & Account Closure

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or using coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotional conditions.
• Fraudulent deposit or chargeback activity.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or engage in any form of cheating.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at platform staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach — such as voluntary closure at the player's request — the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the standard withdrawal process after identity verification is confirmed.

12 Limitation of Liability

zk888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous availability, zk888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues or scheduled maintenance.

To the fullest extent permitted, zk888's liability to any account holder in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that account holder in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk888 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or opportunities arising from technical faults, game malfunctions or service interruptions.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses howsoever arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

zk888 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the platform when they next log in.

Continued use of the zk888 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
